Location: The Organization has several locations in which projects and software services are held, and in some cases there are adjustments to the methodology according to the geographical location.
Customer: When necessary, the processes are adapted according to the needs of customers and sometimes customer requires use own process assets.
Size (Not Relevant: Although there are tailoring guidelines to apply the processes in projects, it doesn”t depend of the size of the projects.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All software development activities are conducted from the same global area of the Organization, the Operations Area (OU of the Scampi))
