Location: Although all the locations of the company follow the same set of processes the geography is too heterogeneous as to not consider the impact cultural differences, and languages may have in the final implementation of processes
Customer: QPPO’s and Baselines are cross-company defined however, customer influence significantly the way in which processes are adapted to projects
Size (Not Relevant: there is no difference in the way processes are implemented based on the size of the project, mainly due to the fact that only Operational Systems are considered in the sample)
Organizational Structure: There are two business units with independent management structures
