Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All software is developed in the Guiyang office, and therefore location does not influence process selection.) Customer (Not Relevant: The OSSP processes are developed at organisational level and processes are not different for customers. Software is contracted development for Enterprise consumers.) Size (Not Relevant: The OSSP processes does not vary any differently for different size of the projects.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is one major division “R & D Department” All software is development by the Department of Strategic Product and therefore the structure does not influence process selection.) Type of Work: Golden Stand Financial Technology Pty. Ltd. executes Development and Maintenance projects, which are executed using Waterfall development life cycle. Same sets of processes are followed for execution of both type projects. But “TYPE OF WORK” factor is considered for the project selection.
