Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Majority of the work is done from one location. Some people work offsite. The same process is used in all locations.) Customer (Not Relevant: There is only one type of customer for the products.) Size: Projects are identified as either Simple or Complex during planning using the Tailoring Worksheets. The process is slightly different for each size. Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The same process is used across the organizational unit) Type of Work (Not Relevant: The type of work is roughly the same across the organizational unit.)
Sampling Factor Values:	Simple (Size): Projects that are small and straight forward and have been calculated as Simple by the Tailoring Worksheet. Complex (Size): Projects that are large and more involved and have been calculated as Complex by the Tailoring Worksheet.
Subgroups:	Simple: Projects with implementation that is determined to be simple 51 People, 3 Basic Units – Simple Complex: Projects with implementation that is determined to be complex 71 People, 7 Basic Units – Complex
