| Sampling Factors: |
Location (Not Relevant: G&P has two sites but they use a standard process that is not tailored by location. In one site they have just programmers. Each site performs a specific portion of the process lifecycle exclusively for all projects.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Work is performed the same way for all customers. Because each product is customized to the unique requirements of distinct customers basically from government institutions. A uniform process (with minor tailoring) is used to manage these differences in a consistent manner.)
Size (Not Relevant: Size is not relevant because they use the same processes to handle all projects. The organization designed its processes to be scalable to different tam sizes, so all projects use the same processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The work is performed consistently for all G&P departments. They have a single organization structure composed by one director and 4 projects managers. All Projects Managers follow exactly the same processes.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Their processes do not include significantly tailoring based upon the work type performed, basically all projects are software development.)
All Projects: All projects within the organization unit are included. |
