Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: All projects are managed from the same location, Barcelona (Spain).)
Customer (Not Relevant: All Development projects within Space Department are developed from GTD offices, so they can use their methodology. If a client asks to use theirs, but in these cases the Proccess Improvement Group allows that only when it covers all the main points and if not, the projects need to do a delta to cover with their methodology. That’s why we did not consider customer as a relevant sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: There is not distinction of size in Development projects within Space Department. That”s why we considered size as not relevant.)
