Size (Not Relevant: All development projects use the same processes. Project size ranges from 6-12 people. These projects are all close enough in size that a project of 6 people would never consider doing less or different process steps than a 12 persons project. The consensus is that all these projects are basically standard and normal for them.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Different development departments use the same processes. Realize that the domain type factor would show any possible org style differences. There are different “departments” but they house the different “DOMAIN” types: if there where any sub-organizational differences we would have seen it.
