Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All projects are located at a single location, i.e., Dongguan.) Customer (Not Relevant: Although there are multiple customers and business domains, customer-specific needs, or requirements, the needs and requirements across the customer base are very similar and they do not lead to implementation differences.) Size (Not Relevant: All work/projects are of a similar size/duration; 4 – 6 (calendar) months.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects follow same Quality Management System (QMS), there are no department specific processes or guidelines.) Type of Work: Relevant processes are a little different based on whether the project includes new large feature/function, e.g., language translation, electronic/point of sale payments, etc.
