Sampling Factors:	Location: The scope of appraisal is R & D Center of Guangxi Together located at Liuzhou and R & D Center of Shenzhen Together located at Shenzhen. Two locations are considered for appraisal. Guangxi Together and Shenzhen Together have common QMS for both the locations. But “LOCATION” factor is considered for project selection to include projects from both locations. Customer (Not Relevant: R & D Center of both the companies (i.e. Guangxi Together and Shenzhen Together) executes development project for automotive manufacturing industry. In all the basic units, standard process defined at organization level with minor tailoring is followed. No significant change is observed in the process being followed by these basic units for different customers. Therefore ‘CUSTOMER’ factor is not considered for project selection.) Size (Not Relevant: R & D Center of both the companies (i.e. Guangxi Together and Shenzhen Together) executes development projects having team size of 6 persons. The QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different size of the projects. There is no variation in the work performed in these projects due to project size and hence all projects are required to follow same processes irrespective of project size. Therefore “SIZE” factor is not considered for project selection.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational Structure is same for all the development projects of both the companies (i.e. Guangxi Together and Shenzhen Together) hence no significant process variation based on organizational structure.
