Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Only one location Nanning. Some projects had in the past developed in the customer site, but all of the 8 projects develop in the main office) Customer (Not Relevant: At the beginning of project, the client is generally internal. Sometimes several external clients are found during or at the end of development. In this case the development process is not modified) Size (Not Relevant: The OU std process document 2 types of projects size (less & more than 600 man-days), but all the 8 projects have about the same size (8-12) and their total effort is above 600 man-days) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All the projects are hosted in S/W Research Institute) Type of Work (Not Relevant: It except the life cycle, all developments are similar) Life Cycle: Waterfall & incremental life cycles are used.
