Sampling Factor Values:	Development (Type of Work): Development of software applications to meet new specific customer requirements (including On Line Platform system). Development is principally based on identification of new customer requirements, planning, requirements analysis, design (building the architecture with focus on reuse, etc.), implementation, testing, deployment, bug fixing and documenting. Maintenance (Type of Work): Enhancement and corrective maintenance activities on previously developed applications (including On Line Platform system) addressing and optimizing iteratively the requirements from customers based on understanding, priorities, impact analysis, testing, bug fixing or other attributes. Include also deletion of obsolete capabilities.
