Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All the Project Management activities, Requirements Management activities are managed in the Development Department. The design and programming activities are conducted in the Technology Department. All QA, CM and testing activities are managed in the Quality Departments. but the process does not have big variance in terms of organizational structure.)
