Customer (Not Relevant: Type of customers are similar across projects (Typically Government organizations). Customers do not influence process selection for the projects. Projects are able to use the same basic set of processes and lifecycle for different customers. Hence Customer is not considered as relevant sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: The project size does not vary much. Same processes are used for regardless of size. Hence this is not considered as relevant.)
Organizational Structure: There are two different development departments. This has been considered as relevant sampling factor.
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The OU chosen is for Development projects only. Since all the projects are of similar nature (development), type of work is not considered as relevant sampling factor.) |
