Location (Not Relevant: Organization unit is operational from one location at Guiyang, Guizhou Province, and China PRC only and hence not considered to be relevant for sampling.)
Customer: The OU has two basic types of customer: enterprises and government department’s projects. The processes of enterprises projects are different from those of government department projects. The processes of RD and VAL might be differed.
Size (Not Relevant: No differences in project size, all projects are small projects and development work are from 15-20 staff months, and hence not considered to be relevant for sampling.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are within Technology research and Development, working according to same process. These projects share same management team and support functions, and hence not considered to be relevant for sampling.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects are software development, so there is no influence on the process implementation, and hence not considered to be relevant for sampling.) |
