Customer (Not Relevant: Not relevant. The organization is a provider for administration. The customers are all various levels governments, the process such as development, project management processes are implemented in the same manner. Works are done in the same way regardless of the type of customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: Not relevant. The size of projects is similar and there are no extremely large or small projects. Therefore the process implementation are almost the same regardless the size of projects.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Not Relevant. The organizational scope has a uniform organization, their works are conducted in the same manner under the same standard process set, and report to the same supervisor. There is no notable difference in process implementation related to organizational structure.)
Type of Work: Relevant. There are two types of projects, the cloud applications development and the on-premises applications development. The requirement development, designing, and test processes have some differences. |
