Network Management Business Unit includes intelligent network management research and Development Department,what is committed to design research and development of intelligent network management software, to bring customers the ultimate network management Development Center (Organizational Structure): Development Center is responsible for the company on implementation, responsible for project demand management, maintenance and upgrade project implementation consulting projects, and to assist departments to the construction site, to improve the efficiency of construction projects to enhance the quality of project implementation. Resource Business Unit (Organizational Structure): Resource Business Unit is a professional R & D and implementation department, mainly responsible for telecom operators to provide intelligent, comprehensive and accurate resource management system, improve resource utilization efficiency, reduce the cost of the use of resources. Resource Business Unit has always adhering to the “software enterprises to serve the country” philosopy, to provide the best products and services for operators. ICT Business Unit (Organizational Structure): ICT Business Unit is responsible for the ICT business and mobile applications of the pre-sale consulting, product development and project implementation.
