Location (Not Relevant: All application and solutions development work is conducted at Hangzhou, China. Thus geographical location is not a differentiator for Technical Department at Hangzhou BlueSky Technology Co., Ltd. and does not make any material difference to the way processes are applied by the OU.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All the customers are external customers. Furthermore, all external customers are Government customers and the customer requirements are related to collection, analysis, integration and management of data. Hence the customer type is not a differentiator with regards to process execution.)
Size: There are differences in the way processes are executed depending on whether the basic unit (Project) is Large, Medium or Small size. Type of Work: Technical Department executes two types of project work that leads to differences in the application of processes. The two types of project work involve: a) Greenfield Development b) Enhancement. The type of work leads to some differences in processes, particularly affecting RD, REQM, PP, PMC, RSKM, MA, VER, PI and IPM process areas. |
