Size: There are two levels of team size in the OU. The larger teams have more than 20 members. And the smaller teams have members between 10 to15. The two levels of team size require the teams to follow some different procedures and templates during their work as well.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The two development centers follow the same procedures and templates defined by the company and the organizational structure does not have impact to the procedures and templates used by the teams.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The OU only develops telecommunication software and applications.)
