Grain Industry (Customer): The customers of projects are state-owned grain industry. The projects need to follow the rule of government procurement regulation, and the piloting and acceptance testing will be conducted with customers. The processes of RD, TS, VER, VAL, PP and PMC might differ.
Internal Customer (Customer): The projects develop software products or for Internal customers of On Honest. The projects will follow the standard process of organization of On Honest.
Large (Size): > 100 person -months. The projects are categorized as Large size. However, currently, OU has no active Large size projects.
Medium (Size): between 15 person-months and 100 person-months

New Development (Project Types): The projects develop new software system.
Upgrading (Project Types): The projects upgrade or complete the functions of existing software. The processes of RD, TS, PI, REQM and QPM will differ. |
