| Sampling Factors: |
Location (Not Relevant: Single location. No change in the way processes are implemented. Thus, location is not a potential sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Projects are for Digital and Media customers and use same SDLC QMS with some tailorings, where applicable. Thus, there is no impact which differentiates customer as a potential sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: Projects are of small size.Though size varies for projects, the overall methodology defined in the QMS does not change. The variation in size only has impact on estimates of effort and costs)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Single site and flat organization structure using the same SDLC and QMS. This does not impact the way the processes are implemented in the projects. Thus, this is not a potential sampling factor.)
Type of Work: 1. New Software Development and 2. Software upgrades are the two types of work. |
