Customer: There are three types of customers, “Financial institution”, “National defense agency” and “Manufacturing firm” which have some impacts to development environments, procedures and templates used by the project teams respectively in the OU.
Size (Not Relevant: All works use the same process regardless of size and size does not alter the basic steps of the standard process. Consequently size does not cause significant variations in the performance of processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is one organization structure with a common OSSP and quality system across all BUs in the organization regardless of the organizational structure.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All basic units in the OU follow consistent organization standard processes without substantial tailoring during their work regardless of type of work.) |
