Size (Not Relevant: The lifecycle does not change due to project size; The projects are delivering small packets of work using agile/iterative methodology. Hence the size is not considered as relevant sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure: The delivery organization operates under two Business Units. Communication and Product Solutions. The governance structure and context of the processes is different and hence this is considered as relevant.
