Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All application and solutions development work is conducted at Hefei, China. Thus, geographical location is not a differentiator for Research and Development Department at Hefei GeXun Information Technology Co., Ltd. and does not make any material difference to the way processes are applied by the OU.) Customer (Not Relevant: All the customers for Research and Development Department (OU) are internal customers. Furthermore, all customer requirements are related to the automotive domain. Hence the customer type is not a differentiator with regards to process execution.) Size (Not Relevant: The basic units (Projects) are of similar sized team members (4-6), thus size factor is not a differentiator. Hence, size does not influence the way processes are implemented in the OU – Research and Development Department.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: A single management structure governs the OU and there are no multiple structures or any such structural complexities that may result in variations in the way processes are executed by the OU.
