Customer: There are two client types in the OU that they are governmental and telecom clients, which both have some impact to the development work and have different requirements for processes and templates for teams to follow respectively. Size (Not Relevant: The product and project team size is about 8 persons and the team size does not have impact to the processes, procedures and templates used by the teams during the development.) Organizational Structure: The SW Development & IT Operation Department and Industry SW & System Integration Department define and follow some different procedures during their products development respectively. Type of Work (Not Relevant: The OU only develops software products.)
