Customer (Not Relevant: The work is executed following the same processes for all of the customers. Although the customers of the organizational unit are from different domains, the software factory adopts a unique standard software development process to address different customers’ needs and there are no specific necessities do adapt the processes for different customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: The work is performed in the same way regardless the size of the project. All the projects of the organizational unit are of the same size. Specific process adaptations are considered in the standard process definition. Those adaptations are small and the adapted processes do not differ much among the projects, for instance, the project monitoring frequency is different for some projects, but the project monitoring process is the same.)
