Size (Not Relevant: Projects tend to be scoped to achieve a similar size in all projects.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organisational structure is show in section 2.6.1 above. The organisation is quite flat and all software development project work is conducted by just one department (the Technical Department). Hence there is no variation of process implementation resulting from organisational structure.)
