Size: The OU’s projects are categorized into 3 categories according to the OU’s criteria base on the estimated effort level. Process implementation may be influenced by different category. Organizational Structure: Two development teams in 2 departments responsible for software development of different domain. Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects are software development projects. Only few error-fixing works for customer service are ignored.)
