Customer (Not Relevant: The work is mainly for Telecommunication/Public Affair and the process is not performed differently depending on the customer which has no affect on process execution.) Size (Not Relevant: Project scale (number of people) is around 10 people which has no affect on the process.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All the Project Management activities, Requirements Management activities, design and programming activities are conducted in the R & D Department. All QA, CM and testing activities are managed in the Quality Control Department, but the process does not have big variance in terms of organizational structure.)
