Location: The OU has two offices – one in Gurgaon and another small office in Bangalore. Though the defined people related policies and practices are the same, distance from the main office in Gurgaon may/ could have some influence on the implementation of the practices – and this needs to be checked during the appraisal. Hence, this factor is considered relevant.
Customer (Not Relevant: People related policies and practices, and their implementation are independent of customers and not influenced in any way by customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: People related policies and practices, and their implementation are independent of the size of the unit/ group.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All business units are a part of the Engineering organization. People related policies and practices, and their implementation are independent of the business unit.)
