Location (Not Relevant: Location is not a relevant sampling factor. IDSI is operating from one location in Kochi where the OU is situated. They have multiple offices but OU is operating only from one location. Hence the location is not a relevant sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Customer is not a relevant sampling factor. QMS process is followed to execute projects for all customers. OU is working with government and non-government customers for whom they execute projects for various technical requirements. There is no requirement from customer for any change in the process for their project requirements. This is discussed during early stage of discussion with customer and also at planning stage at the time of defining project specific process.)
Size (Not Relevant: Size is not a relevant sampling factor. QMS does not describe small / medium / large size specific life cycle activities. Same process is followed without any changes specific to size of the projects.)
