Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: All of the project teams are located in the same place, and the location has no impact on the process implementation, Wuxi,Jiangsu,China only.) Customer (Not Relevant: All customers are Software Service, they do not affect the process as all projects follow the organizational standard set of processes.)
Size (Not Relevant: The team size is about 7 persons and it does not have impact to the processes, procedures and templates used by the teams.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects from the R&D Center and use the same standard process.)
Type of Work: Projects are divided into two types: one type focus on new system development, another type focus on upgrade and maintain a software system. OSSP is tailored for the two types of project.
Sampling Factor Values: Development Projects (Type of Work): Software project that create a new software system. Maintenance Projects (Type of Work): Software project that upgrade a current software system.
