iPC-Dev: IPC-Dev subgroup is responsible for developing the product as per roadmap, which has the complete list of requirements gathered from various publishers, users, internal analysis etc., Development activities include wireframes preparation, coding, testing, demo to internal stakeholders, deploying the product in the staging environments for review by the selected beta users.

TS-Dev: This subgroup is responsible for development based on the client requirements in areas like learning domain, publishing domains, and readers etc., Development activities include preparing the functional specification document, designing the UI/Mock ups, reviews, coding, preparing the test cases, setting up the environments, preparing the builds, raising the defects, addressing the defects etc., Based on readiness of release, UAT is planned for client demonstration.

iPC-Supp: This subgroup is responsible for providing customer support in respect of issues related to I Publish Central platform. Customers can reach out to Impelsys Support team through email and the system converts the email into a ticket for actions by IPC support team. iPC Support services includes the email service, Chat Service, Phone-in service etc., Support system is setup & configured to handle, categorize various service requests.
