However process is followed is consistent across types of projects irrespective of customers. Hence customer is not an influencing factor.) Size (Not Relevant: Projects executed in the OU are of similar size. Hence size is not an influencing factor.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: OU is organized as a single unit. Hence Organizational structure does not have influence on the process.) Type of Work: (Relevant: Type of work i.e. Development / Maintenance / Testing influences the process as three different types of projects (Development Projects, Maintenance Projects and Testing Projects) are executed in the OU.)

Subgroups:	TS-Dev: The focus of this subgroup is to design and develop Healthcare and Financial domain products. The products are developed to meet the client needs and/or internal needs. These teams follow SDLC to execute their projects. The main activities of the sub group are: • Product conceptualization • Product Requirements Gathering and Development • Product Engineering • Systems Integration • Installation, Configuration and Deployment 7 People, 1 Basic Units – Dev TS-Maint: The focus of this subgroup involves the maintenance & enhancement type of projects or service request such as; • Small Enhancement / Bug Fix / Functional defect Requirements Study & Analysis; Design; Development; Unit testing; System testing (optional); Support for the client UAT; Implementation • Break Fix • Ad-hoc Runs or Job Execution / Report Generation 85 People, 13 Basic Units – Maint TS-Testing: The Focus of the TS-Testing subgroup is to provide high end software testing to enhance productivity, reduce costs, reduce time to market and increase delivery confidence.
