Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. The location is not relevant for the process usage.) Customer (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. The process is the same no matter who is the customer.) Size (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. No matter the quantity of members in a team, or participants in the training, the processes are executed in the same way.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: No effect on implementation. All the services in scope belong to the same unit.) Type of Work: The scope is training services. There are two types of services: PSP training services with examination and TSP training services without examination
Sampling Factor Values:	PSP training services with examination (Type of Work): PSP courses with examination for the participant TSP training services without examination (Type of Work): TSP courses which do not require examination for the participants
Subgroups:	PSP training services with examination: SEI licensed PSP courses which includes an examination for the participants. There are two available courses: – PSP Fundamentals – PSP Advanced Both courses are delivered as sequence and follow the same processes. Each course include exercises and an examination for participants. 3 People, 1 Basic Units – PSP training services with examination TSP training services without examination: SEI licensed TSP courses which do not require an examination for the participant.
