Customer (Not Relevant: The CIS concept is to have standardized activities, not depending on the customers or business areas; sometimes, specific customers have specific adaptations that do not affect in a significant way the standard process)
Size (Not Relevant: The difference between Development projects under (Simplificado) and over (Normal) 40K, is that sometimes the functional tests are optional in “Simplificado”; no significant differences have been detected in the 11 projects)
