Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Location has no impact on process implementation because none of the processes are location-specific. SIRC Standard Software Development methodology is followed.) Customer (Not Relevant: As organization is providing services in similar domain and similar processes are applied.) Size (Not Relevant: Size has no impact on process implementation because all the projects are of similar size, and Standard Software Development methodology is followed based on SIRC processes.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are under the same structure (Organizational Unit) called (Solutions Division) within the projects, the structure is similar containing program manager, project manager / project lead, team-members, etc.) Type of Work: Two types of Software Development activity are carried out: (1) Development Projects (2) Maintenance Projects.
Sampling Factor Values:	Development Projects (Type of Work): New application development using standard processes with customer requirements. Maintenance Projects (Type of Work): Software Maintenance and Support projects which are built on existing systems with enhanced customer requirements and change requests and/or providing only support and maintenance services.
Subgroups:	New Development: The new developed product using standard processes with tailoring and customer requirements. 8 People, 2 Basic Units – Development Projects Software Maintenance: Software Maintenance project which are built on existing system with enhanced customer requirements and change requests. 5 People, 2 Basic Units – Maintenance Projects
