Location (Not Relevant: There are two locations – Shanghai, Xian, but project execution methodologies are the same. So location is not a sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All the projects within the OU focus on product development and major enhancement for the orgnanization. Not for specific customers, so customer is not a sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: Each project focus on one of the versions of a product. Project granularities are more or less the same because version planning is effectively controlled. So size is not a sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure: There are two product lines, SOA Product Line and BigData Product Line. Each product line has its own frameworks and platform. Product line specific PPBs are established. So Org Structure is a sampling factor.
