Customer (Not Relevant: There are 2 types of clients, but the processes used to provide products or services to those clients are the same.) Size (Not Relevant: Although different sizes (large, small) exist for the 3 basic units, but there is no effects on processes execution with different sizes.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All processes are the same between different department or division in OU.) Type of Work: There are two types of work for development projects: New Development, and Feature Enhancement. This difference causes RD, TS, PI, VER related processes differences.
