New Development Project (Type of Work): The projects are developed based on the customer requirements.
Maintenance Project (Type of Work): Based on the development results of previous projects, the maintenance projects implement the new features and changes from customers. Different from the new development projects, the new features and changes in the SOW will be treated as change requests, and the analysis and design must be done based on the existing specifications. |
