Size (Not Relevant: • Size – Not Relevant: Both projects are reasonably close in size, with respect to the number of employees as with respect to the value and amount of work being done. Moreover, work is performed in the same manner and the same processes are used regardless of the size of the Project (or Basic Units) in the Organization. As such, size is not a differentiating factor.)
