Location (Not Relevant: Work is performed in the same geographical area, development work is conducted in Zhuhai.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Same processes are used for software development regardless of the customer being served. All projects are executed for various clients. However clients of the OU do not have any characteristic or requirement that make the work to be performed differently by the projects.)
Size (Not Relevant: Same processes are used for software development regardless of the program or basic unit size. All projects have less than 12 people and project sizes are similar, so work is not performed differently based on the size of the projects.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Same processes are used for software development regardless of the organizational structure. All work is performed in the Counselor Center using appropriate sets of the organisational processes.)
Type of Work: Two types of work were identified: SAP Implementations and Software Development. (SAP Implementations involve a configuration environment over base products and Software Development involve new developments) |
