Sampling Factors:	Location: The scope of appraisal is Riyadh and Jeddah location. Though TasHeel has common QMS processes established at organizational level for Riyadh and Jeddah Location, “LOCATION” factor is considered for project selection. Customer (Not Relevant: TasHeel provides IT solutions to both private and government organizations. TasHeel QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different customer. So “CUSTOMER” factor is not considered for project selection.) Size (Not Relevant: The TasHeel QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different size of the projects. So “SIZE” factor is not considered for project selection.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Development projects are executed using technologies like Akrebeia DMS, MS-SQL, MS.NET, Hadoop, Oracle DB, IOS/Android, etc. However, QMS processes are same for all technologies. So ‘ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE’ factor is not considered for the project selection. Project Management Office (PMO) and System Analyst functions/activities are carried out at organizational level.) Type of Work (Not Relevant: Development activities carried out at Development Center are considered in scope of appraisal. Same sets of processes are followed for all development activities.
