Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: BISAG has its only office in Gandhinagar So no other locations are applicable and hence Location is not considered as a sampling factor for project selection.) Customer (Not Relevant: The QMS processes are established at organizational level and processes are not differentiating with customer. Hence Customer is not considered as a sampling factor for project selection.) Size (Not Relevant: The QMS process does not vary for different size of the projects hence Size is not considered as a sampling factor for project selection.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Software Division: QMS processes are same for all projects. So Organization Structure is not considered as a sampling factor for project selection. Following functions/activities are carried out at organizational Level. SEPG – Software Engineering Process Group PPQA – Process and Product Quality Assurance and Training, COE (Testing), Configuration Management, Senior Management.) Type of Work (Not Relevant: Software development work is considered in scope of appraisal. BISAG executes similar types of project and same sets of processes are followed for all projects, so Type of Work is not considered as a sampling factor for project selection.) Life Cycle: Waterfall and Agile life cycles are followed in BISAG for Software development work. So LIFE CYCLE factor is considered for project selection.
