Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects follow the same organization structure of PM, BA/Req, Dev and Test resources.)
Type of Work: Projects are differentiated on the basis of Type of Work. Two different types of work are recognized. These are ‘Software Development Projects’ and ‘Software Enhancement Projects’. |
