Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: No process differentiation based on Location. All US locations use the same Organizational Standard Process (EPIC). Note: Organizational Structure (i.e., Mission Areas) indirectly samples locations.) Customer (Not Relevant: Does not impact how work is performed. No process differentiation based on Customer. Note: Organizational Structure (i.e., Mission Areas) indirectly samples the customer base. Note: Enterprise Process Information Center (EPIC) is used for all projects regardless of Customer.) Size (Not Relevant: Project processes not dependent on size (i.e., no impact in implementation). Note: Small projects are not in scope (i.e., less than 5 FTE’s – not significant).) Organizational Structure: This factor was chosen to determine subgroups. The business structure is organized into Mission Areas. Sampling Factor Values:	MSM Mission Area (Organizational Structure): The Mission Support and Modernization (MSM) Mission Area provides full life-cycle mission operations, engineering, sustainment and modernization services for site and platform missions across all domains, as well as multi-intelligence ground systems and unmanned systems technology IEO Mission Area (Organizational Structure): The Intelligence and Earth Observation (IEO) Mission Area supports national security objectives by providing comprehensive technical, analytical and operation support to the intelligence community.
