Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The scope of appraisal is Guangzhou location) Customer (Not Relevant: The QMS processes are established at organizational level and processes are not differentiating with customer.) Size (Not Relevant: The QMS processes does not vary any differently for different size of the projects.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is one major division “R&D Center” OSSP processes are implemented across projects. So this factor is not impacting for the project selection. Following functions/activities are carried out at organizational Level. -Engineering Process Group (EPG) -QA Team (PPQA) -HR (Training Function – OT)) Type of Work: Augur Intelligence Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. executes development and maintenance projects, which are executed using Waterfall life cycle (V Model). Same sets of processes are followed for execution of both type projects. But “TYPE OF WORK” factor is considered for the project selection.
