Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The development center is located in Lanzhou, Gansu, China.) Customer (Not Relevant: The GS-UNIS’s primary customer is intellectualized transport management unit of the State.) Size: Projects are divided by large (project duration is larger than 6 month) and Small (where project duration is less than 6 month). Since the projects contains the similar number of team members, we think that the project duration may affect how the project is managed.
