SDC-Maint: The focus of this subgroup is to analyze and resolve tickets which are identified by end user on existing system or for applications which are deployed in the field. The user/customer would raise tickets in tool or through email. The process followed by this sub group is maintenance and support process and typical phases would be: 1. Receipt of Tickets from customer, prioritization, categorization and assignment 2. Analysis and Design 3. QC Testing 4. Release and Acceptance
