Location (Not Relevant: Even as IQ Outsourcing has several locations, the process are the same in all locations. Currently all the development are in the same location (Bogotá), in the other sites (Medillin, Cali and Pereira) there is only maintenance activities.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Even if the Customers can be of differents domains (Banking or Health), the process in unique, with adaptations for the artifacts provided for the customers. The projects uses the same processes, and the adaptations are over Customer solicitation about the artifacts, particularly requirements artifacts, regardless of the domain.)
