Internal (Type of Work): There is a reasoning behind any business initiative and internal projects should be no exception, The main difference in here is that these projects arise from internal ideas and are not targeted towards a particular customer. Each internal project has to be justified in terms of a business case
External (Type of Work): External projects respond to a request from an external customer and final purpose is to provide value to the customer based on the conditions established in a proposal that is agreed among the parties |

Internal: Projects all the requirements are directly created in the tools and there is no creation of a proposal. Instead, the Business Development Office creates a Financial Business Plan to define the budget and effort of the project. After the business case is finished the development work starts
